Shipping Policy

Victorious's accessories and security products are fulfilled entirely through dropshipping — we do not hold, warehouse, or take possession of any physical stock. Custom fabrication items are physically made in-house by Victorious.

Accessories (Dropshipped Items)
All accessories and security products in our catalogue (marked "Imported item" on the product page) are shipped directly from our supplier — AutoDS or Teemdrop — to you via courier, rather than held in local stock. These items typically take approximately 2–3 weeks for delivery from order confirmation. Estimated delivery windows are shown on each relevant product page before you check out.

Custom Fabrication Items
Custom fabrication items (gates, balustrades, screens, panels) are made to order and fabricated in-house — lead time and delivery/installation logistics are confirmed as part of your quote and are not covered by standard shipping timelines.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for accessory items are calculated at checkout. For custom fabrication items, delivery and installation costs are arranged directly with our team as part of the quote.
