Terms of Service

Victorious Steel & Aluminium ("Victorious") operates this store subject to the following terms. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and Fulfilment Model
Victorious operates two distinct business lines. Our accessories and security products catalogue is fulfilled entirely through dropshipping via our suppliers — Victorious does not hold, warehouse, or take possession of any physical stock of these items. When you order an accessory, it ships directly from the relevant supplier to you via courier, typically taking approximately 2–3 weeks for delivery from order confirmation. Separately, custom steel and aluminium gates, balustrades and security barriers are fabricated in-house by Victorious, to order, and quoted individually — these are not fixed-price stock items. Pricing
Prices are listed in ZAR and may be adjusted from time to time to reflect supplier pricing changes. Custom fabrication items (gates, balustrades, screens, panels) are quoted individually and are not sold at a fixed online price — a formal quote is required before production begins. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time before an order is confirmed.

Orders
Orders for accessory items are confirmed on payment and placed with our supplier for direct fulfilment to you. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order we cannot fulfil, including in cases of pricing errors, supplier stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. An order confirmation does not guarantee product availability from our supplier.

Payment Processing and Security
Payments made on the Site are processed by Shopify Payments and third-party payment gateways (including Paystack and Payflex), which are PCI-DSS compliant. Victorious does not collect, store, or have access to your full payment card details — these are handled directly and securely by our payment processors. Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Delivery timelines are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of both policies.

Prohibited Use and Fraud Prevention
You may not use the Site to make a fraudulent purchase, use payment details you are not authorised to use, or otherwise attempt to circumvent our security or verification measures. We reserve the right to cancel any order, refuse service, and report suspected fraudulent activity to our payment processors and, where required, to law enforcement.

Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have an issue with an order, please contact us first at support@victoriousrsa.co.za so we can resolve it directly — most issues can be resolved faster this way than through a card chargeback. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution.

Intellectual Property
All content, images and designs on this site remain the property of Victorious unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Consumer Protection
Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (South Africa), to the extent those Acts apply to your purchase. Where there is a conflict between these Terms and those Acts, the applicable Act prevails.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our practices, products, or legal requirements. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
